Also frustrating is getting stuck when ever an article turns out to be something Investigate TV. The only way off the page is to get out of the app and quit it. The company/person that is building this app is not doing WSMV any favors. Update: now deleted. Now it’s sound - there is absolutely no way to simply read a news article without something blaring from the page. No sound settings at all. Who does that?!? So as soon as it was “hello again, WSMV” it became DELETE. Maybe one day my optimism will be cured and I won’t try again. The biggest problem I have with it is the fact that anytime I go to a story I have to listen to a ad for someone or something. There is no way to turn off the sound. This is very annoying. I hope that in a future update you can correct this issue. You do a great job reporting and covering the news, but with this update you have dropped the ball. I don’t get channel 7(Jackson), my locals are out of Memphis so I feel like I have best news coverage. ### 5/5 — News 4 is an example of how a news channel should work. *2019-11-02* The News 4 investigative team is second to none. They look out for the communities they represent - don’t we all wish the politicians in Washington did the same! News 4 features are thoroughly researched and are reported appropriately. They don’t have empty-headed females trading on sex appeal to drive the ratings up. They dress and act like professionals. The weather team headed by Lisa Spencer are prepared and react swiftly to changing conditions. They know their subject matter well, and it shows. We don’t get News 4 live since we stopped our outrageously expensive cable package, so we rely on the News 4 app., but its not the same! ### 5/5 — Keeping up with Nashville, Tn. *2019-10-25* I appreciate being able to keep up on all the news around Nashville while I am displaced in another city. We are Season ticket holders for both the the Predators and the Tennessee Titans.
