I love this app, but it still has some poles in it. The first and foremost is it should give you the full details of each event. It often doesn’t give information about day two or day three of a multi day event. It should have a link to the PDF that the Casino’s and poker rooms produce about each event. Also, you should be able to increase the font size. It’s pretty small when you’re looking at table view.

Love the app, but some simple improvements are needed. 

1. Need a top-level player search so friends can track each other's play. 
2. Need to be able to favorite a friend so I don't have to keep searching for them. 
3. You should be able to click on the table in a player details page and see the whole table. 
4. Payment methods should display all fees (and "no fees" if there aren't any)
5. I had only used one of three entries in the Gladiator 1C but couldn't re-enter.

Literally have to do another stupid update every other day. Story feed lags, doesn’t show structures. Just bad for a company that got its start as an online poker site

This app is very close to being a great tool for the fan and the player but it is seriously missing key information that was available on the old WSOP. 

Player search functions per event is not available. 

Stats aren’t updated in new format nor has the historical data been carried over in to the player profile.  Deep Stack results are not showing up as they used to.  

When I get knocked or return home from the WSOP I become a fan.  

Geographical info uses to be available, I could quickly look at an event and seek out all the Northern California players to see who I knew and how they were doing. 

To get even 80% of what used to be available I must use the App, Hendon Mob, and Poker News to get incomplete info.  

It has taken so much excitement for me out of the WSOP.

As a fan just wanting updates, this app is trash. Very few hand updates, chip counts are always wrong, Not even showing Ivey in the tournament he’s in the final 17 of. Go to poker news website for updates and chip counts until they get this app properly working. The website in the past was SO much better.

This is a great app for the people attending the WSOP but still needs a number of additions. 
Pros: No lines to register, easy to find tournaments. Instant seat info. Easy to deposit money.
Cons: Can only extract money once, my WSOP is split into 2 x 16 day trips. I don’t want to leave my money in account for 2 weeks I won’t be there. You can not print your receipts out of the app and I need them for tax purposes.

C'est pénible de suivre un tournoi : on ne voit pas toujours le stack des joueurs et pourquoi une ligne par jour pour le même tournoi ? Ce n'est pas pratique du tout, une seule ligne par tournoi suffit. Dommage et frustrant

This app is just horrible for viewing live results. If you’re viewing the live results, sometimes the player is in a “featured table”, and the app won’t show you the players name or chip count unless you subscribe. Horrible model.

Very confusing app for those just trying to follow main event etc. Have to find a main event, then follow some trail of qualifiers to get to the active one then can finally see chip counts etc.

Trying to look up the results for some wsop events and you can’t? Only ones still running.  I thought that’s what this app was for. The PPC event has 17 players left yet I can’t find out who is left?  It’s ridiculous.  Searching for the event is really hard as you have to disable some search criteria.

Fantastic app that improves player experience in so many ways.  Easy tourney entry and reentry with no lines in which to wait.  Simplifies table changes during a tournament.  Helpful to be able to know player names and take some notes on them.  Two full thumbs up!!!

This app has changed our lives as tournament staff. Sure it might be a little buggy sometimes when day 1 fields are huge and there’s still little things to implement/imrpove, but overall it’s made our jobs 1000x easier. Yay for technology. Thank you.

The app is great…but the dealers could be updating player chip counts on breaks at least.   Also, it would be nice to show the table breaking order.   Love that it gives you an up to date and accurate player count.  Much improvement!
