You can make all the best decisions and it will favor someone plays terrible. ### 1/5 — Deceptive with funds and bonus *2025-05-14, version 8.43.26* To receive your sign up bonus you must first spend money on the tables, after you spend a lot of money they will give you a small portion of it. After you get your portion of the bonus you must spend more money to keep your bonus. If you don’t spend enough within a few days they will take away your bonus back from your account total. After 6 days they took back their bonus from me, forcing me to unexpectedly load more money. Contacted customer service about the incident. In the end they said they took action against the players’. But one of the players’ was at my table the next day! Called customer service and they said they were giving me no more information and I can file a complaint with the state. WOW! Here’s the “catch 22”. You have to file with the state within 30 days with your hand history, but WSOP will not give you the hand history until after 30 day. So you can’t file. I pretty sure there’s some type of crime going on with that. Also when a customer is a victim of a crime in your establishment you try to rectify the situation and try to give the victim some type of relief. Not shut them down and shun them to cover your corporate butt. I’m just completely disgusted at this point. Save your money and time go play live. Riverchasers are free games at your local pub or club etc. ### 1/5 — Withdrawal *2025-04-15, version 8.43.6* The withdrawal process take forever. And they dont help u at all. They just pass u to someone else over and over again till u give up and they stole ur moeny. Also, you will get rivered more then ever in this app, because I think ur playing against people that work for the app, and they have it rigged for them to beat u. I mean I been rivered on 97% win chances about 6 times and I played maybe 7 tourneys… it’s insane, it’s insane that our government does nothing to stop type of nonsense. These criminals are destroying so many peoples lives cuz they just think they should be allowed to just take ppls money.
