No payment information is stored, nor is the customer information. Repeatedly I have selected the option to receive email notification for my bill and yet email is too difficult for WSSC. It usually says 0 owed but then I go into the bill and all the sudden it’s late and requires late fees. The app is terrible for on time payments and does not send reminders for late payment. Please fix the glitch and update it.
