They don't have a way to reach them, you can not call them !!!! Only though the app or email ...i sent sooo many complains on the app yet no response until today!!! it has been more than a week !!!! I sent emails yet no replies!!! No dinner for the night after a very long day. App will be deleted. So just after a few minutes, they charged me and the driver left. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they never answered.
