It CRASHES every time I try to load it. I have tried deleting and re-loading, loading it from the App itself (on this page) and by the desktop App and still the same result. Please FIX this or I will want a refund. Such a shame as the game LOOKS terrific, but NO GOOD if I can’t even load it. Do the right thing please!!!

The light and shadow effect is almost completely castrated. The picture looks black and uncomfortable. 
My iPhone 11 is not only a little hot but also flashes back frequently when playing.
But this is still the only game on my mobile phone.
After all, this is also the only decent snooker game on the mobile terminal.
