It now tells me to rotate my device even though it’s already rotated and just gets stuck there. ### 3/5 — 10/5/22 mobile deposit not working *2022-10-06, version 2022.4.0.2* I’m on the most up to date IOS and app version and twice this week I’ve tried to mobile deposit and when it gets to the point of taking a photo of the check, the screen blurs and says rotate phone to continue which I am doing with the screen rotation lock turned off so it can rotate freely. Still nothing and no way to bypass it. Very frustrating and now my checks are dated for the wrong day & I have to drive to the bank and physically deposit it. I called customer support and apparently it’s a known bug. You would think a banking app would thoroughly test the feature where people pay or transfer funds. A recent update in app caused the camera to be unable to focus on the check. I'm so dependent on the mobile deposit feature that I may consider switching banks solely on this inconvenience. Would it be at all possible to fix this massive bug? Do you have enough resources to make Washington systems compatible with mobile apps in general? I called the bank and they said this is a system wide problem. They said Washington Trust mobile banking is notoriously incompatible with apps of any kind making viewing my balance on my phone impossible to view either through this app a 3rd party app, or even on the web browser on my phone.
