This app gives great notifications for what is happening locally in the valley, and gives me better headlines and news for Jefferson County, Ohio than the local tv station’s app does! WTRF may not have the budget that Sinclair broadcasting (WTOV9) does for their live news,  but they cover breaking news and local news great!
