The bus service has been between  very good and phenomenal for the 7 years we have used it. The app however is hot garbage. Always down or incorrect. I only use it when absolutely necessary.

Tried to register student info more than 10x but still cant make it through w/o app crashing

Half the time the app doesn’t work right. There’s zero customer support trying to get things fixed let alone understood. It’s a monopoly in SG so parents have no choice this non functioning app.

App does no good when driver doesn’t activate tracking in the bus. On top of that, the bus is habitually 15-20 min late. And finally, all this would be much appreciated if the app allowed messaging so that the bus company can let us know when bus is running late and we can contact them when there is a problem.

Lousy apps. Always “Opps something went wrong” popping out. I guess they must had hired those cannot make it IT people to write kid’s play apps? To the owner of WTS, did you get someone from high school to program this idiotic apps?
