Don’t they want to sell wine? Every time I open it, it spins and spins. You’d think the class action suit would have taught them something. Try LastBottle, still have to do your homework but may be more honest. I was disappointed to learn Weekly Tasting is owned by WTSO , but check them out. Great product, packaging and approach. ### 2/5 — Interesting idea but not a good deal *2017-01-30, version 3.0* I downloaded this app a few weeks ago but have yet to place a single order. I have yet to find a single wine that their price is actually the best. Plus I don't like having to purchase multiple bottles to get free shipping of a wine that I have never tried. Maybe if they implemented a weekly cart where once added you can't remove stuff from you're cart and they group it weekly for free shipping quantities it would have a convenience advantage over it's cheaper competitors. ### 2/5 — Fails to keep you logged in *2016-08-23, version 3.0* App has an option 'keep me logged in', which simply does not work. Logs me out every time, after about a day. Very irritating. Other than that, app does its job. ### 2/5 — I USED to buy wine here *2015-12-28, version 3.0* I have been logged out so many times (my password is not easy to remember/guess) that now I take one whack at typing in my password and if I fail, I just don't buy wine. They have missed out on a sale of four bottles each of Barolo and Rioja. And counting. While I'm still happy with WTSO - when I buy - this version of the app is costing them sales. From me, at least. I just turned notifications off for this app and won't turn them back on until it's fixed. No point in seeing wines I can't buy (conveniently). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Dishonest. BEWARE *2026-01-11, version 5.2.0* They caught lying on their "comparable" prices. Google search: WTSO class action" They got caught. And if you Google the wine label and year you'll see the quoted comparable price may not be true. Be careful ### 1/5 — Untrustworthy and unstable *2025-11-05, version 5.2.0* Items that I have purchased no longer show up in my "cellar" or in my order history. When I try to search the app crashes. Anything such as an accent in the description for a search results in no match. They should really think of hiring a professional to manage their app. Don't depend on this app to track your purchases!!! ### 1/5 — Signing in website boo hoo *2024-11-24, version 5.2.0* Your web site needs work . I agree with one of the other reviews. It took me a half hour to get my password updated without losing my cart. I got shut down more times this week and almost give up on getting an order through. There used to be a search function so I could look up the wine I was drinking (often months or years after my purchase) and get the tasting notes. Now that’s gone. Wine was left on neighbors door step in 90 degree weather. Paid for second day service and wines came 5 days later (clearly not temperature controlled). The discounts that are quoted can be misleading. Read the small print that is associated with the asterisk that is next to the discount $$. Fix it already!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Yanking Your Chain -Folks! *2016-07-16, version 3.0* Next time you are about to purchase a bottle of wine from WTSO, copy the name of the wine and then paste the name into your browser to search for this particular bottle to see the actual average web price. You will find that on average, WTSO is giving you a $1 to $2 discount overall and making money on you buying 4 bottles for the free shipping. For example, today's current offer is Sauvignon Blanc Loire Valley Pouilly-Fume 2015 Domaine des Patureaux...for $18.99..."originally" $45.00...LIES and massive exaggeration! After googling, the average price for this wine - is/was anywhere from $16 to $19.99- always and forever. So, who is making up the "original" prices at WTSO? A Google search takes five seconds. You folks won't be yanking my chain. People who drink expensive wines, do not care about saving 99 cents.... And please stop lying about your "original" prices. Their customer service goes above and beyond if there is any issue. We love trying new wines from different regions.The best part of all is it gets delivered to your door! I’ve also taken advantage of the six months free storage many times over the years when I happen to overstock by wine cabinet! ### 5/5 — The best wine online place to buy *2023-08-12, version 4.1.1* I am a wine connoisseur and often buy wines online and in liquor stores. However after contacting support it seems they were able to correct all my issues, including having to continually login, without having to install a whole new app. Their support seems to have some way of correcting app issue in "real-time".
