いきなり使えなくなった

1月から急にアプリからのアクセスができなくなり、カメラに人が映った場合のみ起動していたアプリが急に動き出した。
メーカーにはサービス終了と言われたが、今のところ前のように使えている。
亀ソーラー初期モデルを使用中。

1月末を最後に見れなくなりました。また新たにカメラを買い替えないとダメなんですか？アプリだけでも継続してください。意味わからない。ただのダミーカメラになりました。

2020年からずっと使用してきましたが2023年になって1月15日以降突然録画もされずに通信も出来なくなっています。ずっと接続中となってそのままです。フォーマットしたりアプリ再設定したりいろいろしてますが オンラインになりません。もうダメですね。

カメラと接続不可となった為問い合わせたところアプリサポート終了と回答
挙句使用不可となる為商品自体の買い替えを勧められる始末
バッテリーの寿命よりアプリが先にダメになるとは思いもよりませんでした
購入の際はアプリの評価、アップデート頻度等も参考にしたほうが良いかもしれません
二度とここの商品は買いません

快適に使用し続ける事３年半。 いきなり２台同時にスマホからの再生や閲覧ができなくなった。他のバージョンが低いスマホでも閲覧などできず、再設定したが設定はできても閲覧ができず意味がない。どういうことか

２０２２/12/28にてサービス終了したらしいです
金出した割には短期間で終了してしまい大損ですね

使い始めて2年ほどですが、ある日突然「承認されていないユーザー」と表示されて、カメラが見れなくなること数回。
その度に再設定のため取り外さねばならず…不便極まりない。

いままで1年ぐらい順調に使えていましたが、iOS15になってからか、突然接続が不安定になりました。
アプリの通知バッジは数字が増えているのに、通知の一覧には新しい録画が表示されないことが多く、バッジが何百とでても届いた画像は1日に1つあるかないかです。
早く改善して下さい。

1年前のレビューでアプリとカメラの接続が出来ないといった書き込みがありましたが、さすがに直っているだろうと思いこの度購入取付しました。
相変わらず直っていない様でただのダミーカメラと化しています。製品に問題は無いようなので販売者はアプリ開発をしっかり見直してください。
