The fact that the homepage is uncluttered keeps this user’s frustration level at zero. ### 2/5 — Used to love it *2023-05-22, version 4.6.8* The new version of the app seems great when it works but most of the time it won’t stream live radio. ### 2/5 — “New and improved” app fails to deliver *2022-09-13, version 4.5.53* I love WUKY and will always support but … The 2022 updated app is annoying. Every time I access it, I get an intro asking for a donation (I’m a monthly automatic supporter); the app fails frequently and then I’ve got to hear that $ request again; the app freezes a lot and won’t load - I have to go to the website to access streaming where I get the $ request again. I’ve contacted customer service via email and recd a generic response. I’ve followed all the customer service recommendations including removing the app and reinstalling - all to no avail! It says Dinner Party Download (Sat 9/1/2018, 11:55 AM), which hasn’t been on for months.
