You are the owner of an ambitious football youth academy.
Scout the best talent in the world and turn these wunderkids into world beaters.
Start from the bottom as you transform your academy from rags to riches, until you’re on the radar of all of the top clubs. 

• Make money from local businesses that support your academy.
• Invest that money to improve the camps and wider facilities.
• Better facilities will increase the skills of your Youth Players that use your training camps.
• Unlock new camps to increase the types of skills you can improve, from Accuracy to Pace, Shot, Physical, Fitness, Technique and Mentality.
• Upgrade the scouting team to find players with better starting stats. Maybe you'll make the signing of the century.
• Youth Players will sometimes generate shared knowledge cards when they level up. Use these on your highest potential players to upgrade them faster.
• Play matches against other Youth Academies in the world in tournaments (with cash prizes). Can your players go on to beat the best teams in the world?

Love this game, I just wish it was a little longer or harder and had more in depth gameplay with the ability to restart and make a new academy. I’d also like to be able to see all my players without a rating filter since I’ve gotten two 121 rated players I can’t see. I’d also like the tournaments to be less chance related or at least more like a player on player matchup with a set percentage chance. Overall I love this game and its ideas but it needs to be padded out and not have the goals and goal defense be completely luck based.

You're right about the issues which we have been finding and fixing. For the tournaments, we have replaced the pure luck based system with a skill requirement (fast Player decision and input). This will make the matches way more fun. Thanks again for your review. We hope we can return to the game full time in future. Currently working on this at nights while supporting ourselves with jobs during a difficult financial climate.

This Youth Academy Game is a great Concept. It’s a really unique idea but it still needs some work. It seems like the developers abandoned the game, but the game would have a lot of potential if they continued to update it.

We're also affected by the world's financial problems it's still experiencing. Many new features are being worked on and coming soon. Hopefully beginning of next year.

I really love the game and think the concept is really fun. I only have one area that I would like to see changed, and that’s the match system. There is a sim function but it costs gems and I’m not a fan of the luck based card system for playing the matches. Other than that the game is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

We have completely redesigned the match system for the next update because you're right, the luck based card system wasn't great. Especially as the game progresses.
The next version involves choices and execution, but still has a rapid pace to it to keep the game flowing. 
We're hoping to release it beginning of next year, we have been held back by some external factors but still believe in this game. Thanks again for your review + 5 stars

As promised, we're back, with a huge new version containing so much of what was asked for. Thank you so much for your support and suggestions, we hope you enjoy this!
• Player evolution - you now have HUGE impact on the players direction, you must keep them happy, or discipline them to keep them in line!
• Business - earning money now feels a lot better, and there are more ways to do so as you grow with the local dock workers!
• Stadium - you can now build and customise your own stadium!
• W-Dex - (Yeah a bit like a Pokédex) you can now collect special types of players, view your log!
• Match Mode - Huge change. Thanks a lot for your shared enthusiasm on the changes needed for this. The card flip mini-game is completely gone, replaced by strategic choices and direct input on outcome. But with a twist! You are managing kids after all, and they don't all listen to you all the time! Choose between playing the rebellious kid with high stats, or the loyal kid with lower stats...
• Items - Player upgrade cards are now completely replaced with more thematic and FUN items.
• Story - youth academies can be a rollercoaster of personalities. Managing these dilemmas are now a part of the game!
• Clock! Night mode is now part of the game
