I didn’t review the full description to understand whether it supports on Apple Watch 3, but it didn’t load the watch face and was stuck. I just updated a 10xs max to iOS 13.3 and the app is still installed on the watch and it's working fine. Check to make sure that the complication is set to Wuote on the watch face you're using. iOS updates typically do not cause apps to no longer appear on the watch.
