Tried tech support and nothing. What a shame. ### 2/5 — WUWF App Review *2023-01-17* I am a regular listener and love NPR. On the whole, the app provides NPR’s and its own contact well but the app itself does require troubleshooting more often than I would expect: the broadcast sometimes just stops and I have to close the app. Then it will not open at all. Force closing the app and my iPhone doesn’t help. Instead, I have had to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the problem. ### 3/5 — App fails to play *2023-01-06* Since upgrading to iPhone 14 Pro, when using the app, and after going dormant, trying to use the app later, pressing play does nothing and rebooting phone is the only way to make the app work again. The selections they broadcast are always phenomenal and they give you a little music history which is always fascinating. Even the seemingly overwhelming press of events is held in abeyance when I make it to this oasis of calm.
