This app makes me get a code EVERY TIME I try to login, allows me to login, and then kicks me directly out and tells me to login again. It’s awful, fix it

I was trying to renew membership and it keeps taking me to donation screen, asking how much I am donating and how I want it designated.
Membership card shows wrong renewal date.
