Now when inspect an user slot, I press “next” and nothing happens ### 1/5 — Man *2026-06-11, version 2.2.4* It said my last name isn’t valid ### 2/5 — Doesn’t sync with Apple health *2026-05-31, version 2.2.4* The scale syncs with its own app but not Apple health. It advertises on the box it syncs with the health app. Everything is up today and all permissions on. Even tried logging out/in on an app I’ve used since 2018 and now it’s a total blank screen…..EIGHT YEARS OF TRACKING GONE. Now I see this scale comes with a 10 year warranty…it didn’t last 10 days. The 1st one stopped working the 3rd-4th time 8 changed batteries. The 2nd one stopped working on changing the batteries for the 3rd time. Oh it weighs me and gives me metrics ON THE SCALE. App-I logged back in and NOW I get a solid blue screen. Oh and I DID TRY TO CONTACT CONAIR AND O MIGHT AS WELL BE PISSING IN THE WIND. ### 1/5 — 100% a marketing scam *2026-04-23, version 2.2.4* The app 100% does not work. I bought this scale for the app but when I tried to set it up the “select user” screen fully doesn’t work. I’ve refreshed, started over, even restarted my phone. I think it’s just a scam to collect emails for marketing. I have another phone so I downloaded the app and tried on there same problem. I was Really was excited about the Bluetooth and monitoring my weight gain now I have to go return it and find a new functioning one. ### 1/5 — Can’t even register *2026-01-20, version 2.2.4* Extremely frustrating experience. I bought this scale specifically for the Bluetooth feature and the ability to track my progress in the app — and I can’t even get INTO the app. You’re forced to register, which is annoying but expected. What’s unacceptable is that the app will not let you get past the profile picture upload step. I tried uploading photos already on my phone, then took a brand-new picture of my face, and every single attempt failed with a “connection error.” Multiple tries. Multiple photos. Same result. Why is uploading a photo even mandatory? I wasn’t prepared or interested in adding a picture — I just want to use the scale. Instead, I’m completely blocked from accessing the app and using the Bluetooth features I paid for. This app is terrible. Poorly designed, buggy, and unnecessarily complicated. The scale is basically useless if the app doesn’t work. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. I’ll try again tomorrow, but honestly this should not be this hard. I recall the app completely malfunctioning where it randomly logged me out and struggled to log in due to system issues around the time of the major Oct 2025 internet blackout. I did everything I could think including redownloading the app and continually updating when shows available and while I have better luck logging in without issues (also never previously needed to re-sign in when opening the app until these issues started), everything in the app still shows 0 data other than my profile tab & milestone awards. Really annoying because after years of reflecting on progress on the app showing all I gained AND FINALLY LOST (gradually starting since around 2022/2023-present) approx 110 lbs which due to chronic health conditions I thought I’d never see my chart table drop again so to go into the app and see nothing entered is disheartening and personal. Yes I have other measurement logs I’ve tracked in my notes app & like I mentioned I thankfully the Health App has my scale app’s export data…but it’s not the same. I got this scale for a reason and the scale is not the problem…In fact despite having the scale since 2018, it still functions like new. It’s the app that’s the problem since Oct 2025. They seriously need to get it together and fix it otherwise don’t bother investing if you’re looking for a reliable smart scale with Bluetooth tracker app combo ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-08-11, version 2.2.4* This app won’t even let you get past the registration. For example; If you want to click on “Body Water” to check your water weight over the span of time, it brings up “Heart Rate,” or another function you don’t want, even if you unselect them. This all is just trash all around and has too many bugs that need fixing. They must’ve accidentally put to where they have to put it manually but it does it automatically on the app. I also connected it to the Apple health app as well. So far so good! ### 5/5 — One star reviewers didn’t read the directions *2024-11-03* All the complaints that I read under the one star reviews were all issues resolvable by reading the instructions. I experienced some of these issues straight out of the box before I read the instructions. There are two tricky parts about the scale, the scale is designed to go to sleep after a minute or two. You have to get off the scale and get back on it to make it come back on. Once I learned this, the syncing was effortless. Actually, it was easier compared to some other Bluetooth devices. The second biggest issue is that you need to be barefooted to get the full functions of the scale. It has technology to do way more than just read your weight, but it also follows body mass, body water, etc. I give it 5 stars but I’ve only been using it correctly for a couple of days. I almost didn’t purchase from being persuaded by all the bad reviews. I’m only commenting to set the record straight. ### 5/5 — Works perfectly fine! *2024-06-14* I bought it today, have had no issues that I've seen from other users rating 1 star. The bluetooth process was very easy, and I haven't had to input anything manually (they may automatically have "Manual Mode" on maybe). It let me set a goal for weight which was cool, and it also helps measure BMI, body fat, water weight, heart rate, bone mass, and muscle mass.
