I can select the location, then select either the self-serve bays or the automatic wash, but then you can’t select a specific bay and start the wash. I have tried this 3 times now. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent charges *2020-12-10, version 0.9.112* I was charged $14 twice for no service at all. I called the number on their website and left a voice message. A lady called me back and had no idea about the company and said I had the wrong number. I messaged them through their website but didn't get a response. I double checked and tried multiple times. - used my email account to sign in. Map came up and showed a location in Russia, was not able to get my location in the US. Asked me to enable GPS...on my iPhone. GPS is always on! Hit with $3 minimum charge to use the free wash code and then I only got $3 worth of wash. Tried to buy $3 more and the wash did not start. In the mean time the foamy soap was drying on the car. By the time I paid another $3 to start the rinse, I could barely get the dried up foamy grime to rinse. Total waste of time. Good thing nobody was waiting for that stall. I decided to try it, and paid $5.17 for the vacuum. It never turned on. I had to load $6 of coins in as I normally would, and lost my $5.17. I contacted them via the app to request a refund but never received a reply. When I went back to the App Store and clicked to get help it took me to a totally different company. Might be a scam. You basically need to select an amount you need and then top up if needed. Except there is no option to stop early. Really needs pay as you go to be useful. You have our card details. I had to restart to finish washing with another $2 charge. Not using this again. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore in Palo Alto/Mountain View *2021-08-31, version 0.9.124* This was a great app and service but over the last few months I’ve gone to get an automatic car wash and the app’s response is like before but the machine does nothing. I went to another location and the machine started but didn’t do a full job, skipped steps before quitting. I was refunded for these but a few weeks later I ventured back to introduce this service to a colleague and the app response was the same but the machine didn’t start again. Called and had to leave a message while embarrassed. Waiting for refund again. It appears the app works but the machines are not. There is no indication that the machines are down. I’m disappointed because it used to be dependable. 1 star. ### 1/5 — Really! It worked really well for me with no issues. I simply paid for my auto wash service, drove into the bay, and it immediately started. [Editted] Customer service proactively resolved an issue where I originally could not redeem my first free wash. Greatly appreciated.
