How is this app still on the app store baffles me. So many people including myself has been a victim of this fraudulent company. They entice you to deposit with false returns and manually lock withdrawals indefinitely. They converted my USDC into USDC-wxg, which is not compatible with other blockchains, without users permission. When contacting support, they recycle between audit, liquidity issue, never providing even an estimate for when withdrawals are enabled. I have invested for more than one year and my funds remained locked, unable to withdrawal from their indefinitely closed “gateway”. Stay away at all costs!

Now is no longer an Exchange and just a wallet that does Swap.  However, it is only possible to swap tokens that have no volume and also only tokens that Waves has.  You can't Swap BTC LTC ETH MATIC etc… And why is Waves going to break?  Why aren't they letting users withdraw, however, you can deposit🤷 And the absurdity of the fees that are between 75$ BUSD right now!  You are using users' funds by putting fake numbers in our wallets, so you make withdrawals impossible!  You are not decentralized!

**Developer response:** Hello, we're extremely sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to leave the Spot in the app due to requirements to the app from the store side, web WX.Network version can become an alternative in this situation. As for big fees for withdrawal, they usually are directly depends on the fee price changes in the native net. It's better to wait a bit an withdraw when the commission goes to normal.
