They are always offering discounts, coupons, or free delivery. So easy to use, and so easy to navigate. And they call you immediately if they’re out of something you order online. I went in circles for an hour trying to place an order, and had the same problem when I called to place my order. The app needs to be fixed or de-bugged. I tried to do it with the app and it said no matching product. It also doesn’t do a good job of applying coupons when they pop up and I tap apply. Every time I’ve applied them, I will find they haven’t been applied when I go to check out. By that time, I usually have to back out of the app and go to my email to find the code. Last thing: when I try to sign in w/phone I keep getting a msg saying my number is linked to >1 account but I can’t seem to investigate this in the app and I’ve tried to call store and fix this and no luck. Also inventory issues can make some common products hard to find or they will be missing all together.
