They also seem to have worst odds than other books for big events. I love the Face ID, that makes signing in so much easier. I would love to see a feature added! After placing a bet, it would be awesome if, in the list of games, to see the game I just bet in have a shading or some indication that I have already looked at and included that game in a bet. On college game day there are so many games that I often look at games that I have already bet on. The search function is a huge reason why. The only issue is that the parlay wheel is heavily advertised yet extremely difficult to trigger. I have gone from 10 to 430 of the chips without a single spin over the last month or so which has been strange. You will lose your funds and customer service ain’t helping you get that back. ### 1/5 — DONT LISTEN TO THE SIGN UP PROMOTIONS *2021-12-17, version 3.0.2* There are sharks that walk around Old Town, Phoenix, Tempe, etc to sign you up on this app. They tell you if you place a small bet they’ll give you $100 or some other lie. You can’t actually bet with that promotion. So predatory. Stick to FanDuel ### 2/5 — Odds change after placing bet *2021-12-04, version 3.0.2* WAY too many times the odds change after placing a bet. The odds for a live game seem to be accurate, but as soon as you place a bet there is a long countdown, only for an error message to appear due to odds changing. This doesn’t only happen while a game is actually in play, but it also happens during timeouts and breaks when there is no reason for odds to change. Also have issues when placing a bet, having the countdown occur, and then a message pops up saying I need to login in again. Once I login and place the same bet… the odds have already changed. Did the Thursday BYOB of 400+ odds 3+ leg $25+ bet and if you win that bet you get a $50 bet credit. I hit a +750 8 leg bet that Thursday and won the bet and never got the $50 free bet credit. When I reached out to the support team with the bet ID number and they said I didn’t win a bet? I then sent a screenshot of the bet and they stopped responding. I tried to touch base with live chat support and all they can say is they will reach out by email … so quick to lock the account but very slow to unlock and verify and payout .. have no problems accepting my money but as soon as I want to take it out, they make it a hassle .. Ok, a little slow but sure. Next day still no promotion, message a customer agent again and they told me the same thing as the person before. Oh and here’s the best part, the bet settled and there was no disclaimer or anything about a waiting period so they won’t refund me my 10 OR push the promotion through. Want a better experience? Download quite literally any other sports book. My account will be deleted even if they finally give it to me. This was 05/10 when I Signed up put my money in, placed my bet, wait 72 hours but got no free bets. I tried talking to one of there live chat people but they just told me that promotion is no longer on going and now it is bet 50$ and get 200$. They said it’s hasn’t been going since 05/02. I feel lied to and cheated. I literally saw the ad that day on Instagram. But the problem is that the app is so big that the odds aren't great compared to the other apps such as WynnBET. Good layout, good offers, and competitive odds...it's the only betting app I use now. WynnBET Sportsbook gives you greater control of your spread and you can still win money if one of your picks loses.
