Don’t download this if you have other Sportsbook options. For example FanDuel had over 100 live matches on this morning from basketball to tennis to baseball, and WYNN bet had 1 pathetic live match on. Might be the worst book I’ve ever used. How can you be a competing Sportsbook but not have anything to bet on.

It’s impossible to add funds. Customer service isn’t helpful. How do they stay in business if you can’t even deposit any money. To use the online banking connection they want to know: your balances at the beginning of the most recent business day, as well as all posted and pending transactions. Deposits, payments, fees and rewards may also be included. Keep in mind: Transaction descriptions may contain account numbers. What a joke!

I was excited because I’m in NY and this app is supposed to work there. But, I’ve spent almost an hour trying to get past the know your customer screen. 

It just doesn’t work. I keep clicking through, uploaded my ID, and it says everything is verified, but won’t let me click “continue”. Every time I press the continue button, nothing happens. If I exit the app and retry, it brings me right back to the same screen.

Wynn does something like $3B a year in revenue. Is it really that hard to make an app that people can easily create an account for? Going back to fanduel.

Been using the app in Mass since the beginning. Like much of it, especially that the lines are often a little different than other books. Main aggravating issue is that it constantly logs me out.  If I go to look at a different site and come back 5, 10, 15 seconds later, I’m logged out. Happens constantly. No other site has this issue.  Would give 5 stars if this didn’t happen anymore.

I’ve never seen any site let alone a sports book that it’s impossible to deposit money from you bank account or your debit card never in my life and my bank is one of the biggest banks in the world

Like others have mentioned, my account didn’t transfer over from the disabled Arizona app. I cannot log in, and customer service cannot help. I cannot get my money out. This has been a known issue for over a month and I have no choice but to contact the Arizona Attorney General.

The new Wynn app is great!  The ease of bouncing from to sport to sport is amazing compared to the old one.  And did I mention it has a ton more sports and options to bet on like futures, props etc.  Way to go Wynn…. Home run!!!

Old App: I had used the old Wynn app for about a year and the app had an old looking feel to it. 

New App: More modern feel. Easier to navigate. It looks like some types of bets have been added as well. The update has been positive to me so far!
