Like much of it, especially that the lines are often a little different than other books. Main aggravating issue is that it constantly logs me out. If I go to look at a different site and come back 5, 10, 15 seconds later, I’m logged out. Happens constantly. No other site has this issue. For example FanDuel had over 100 live matches on this morning from basketball to tennis to baseball, and WYNN bet had 1 pathetic live match on. Might be the worst book I’ve ever used. How can you be a competing Sportsbook but not have anything to bet on. ### 1/5 — Impossible to Add Funds *2024-02-12* It’s impossible to add funds. Customer service isn’t helpful. How do they stay in business if you can’t even deposit any money. To use the online banking connection they want to know: your balances at the beginning of the most recent business day, as well as all posted and pending transactions. Deposits, payments, fees and rewards may also be included. Keep in mind: Transaction descriptions may contain account numbers. But, I’ve spent almost an hour trying to get past the know your customer screen. It just doesn’t work. I keep clicking through, uploaded my ID, and it says everything is verified, but won’t let me click “continue”. Every time I press the continue button, nothing happens. If I exit the app and retry, it brings me right back to the same screen. Wynn does something like $3B a year in revenue.
