I made a bet, and mistakenly cashed out the bet due to key players not playing in the game which is totally reasonable, but not to Wynbets it isn’t. I messaged them on their live chat, and had 2 different employees tell me they can’t do anything “it’s in the terms “ you know what! I even deposited $50 and made bets with that money thinking I’d get the promotion or at least my $50 in free bets. Nope. Nothing. They offered me $10. I told them it’s on me, keep it! What a disgrace and disservice to new customers. That’s a HORRIBLE, horrrrible way to get new customers and grow your company. You don’t immediate get the $200 in free bets after betting $10. You get $50 after 72 hours of the wagers completion, then 3 more payments of $50 every 7 days after. After seeing my account now had my money that was deposited on top of the bonus amount I decided to play one of the black jack games. I lose my game which I was ok with but when I decided to wager the bonus money it wouldn’t let me. Turns out you have to spend another 10x amount of your previous deposit to get you money back. This was primarily due to the poor customer service and poor odds on the bets. When I was recommended WynnBET by a friend I made a bet on the Knicks game and I was shocked at how good the odds were compared to other sport betting apps.
