With an upcoming update, you will have the ability to use FaceID (with password autofill) to log into your app. We are very excited about this release and look forward to you enjoying it! ### 1/5 — Sadly the worst sportsbook app I’ve ever seen *2021-07-08, version 1.0.0* I see a reviewer saying that their withdrawal speed is the best; he/she must work for WynnBet, because I haven’t seen a sportsbook be so difficult to deposit & withdraw from in decades. WynnBet took me back to the days of 2001 when I was betting with offshore books such as AllPro. It is unfortunate, as I have spent the past ten years staying at the Wynn Las Vegas and I love their sportsbook and the folks who work there more than anywhere else. I was really looking forward to transferring my DraftKings and FanDuel gaming over to WynnBet. For me, The Wynn has always been a classy place with no drama and no shadiness; you stay and play at the Wynn because you want to spend money and have fun, and they are happy to take your money and give you the best experience possible, even if you end up losing for the whole week. WynnBet is an entirely different beast. While DK and FD have made promotions like “risk free/refund” bets standard and transparent, WynnBet is taking us into the way-back machine where a risk free bet means no, the bet is not refunded and no, you cannot split the resulting promotional tokens up. That’s when you lose. When you win a bet and request a withdrawal, you’re subject to their arbitrary wait time. Their boilerplate response to a withdrawal request is that they “truly aim to review and process withdrawals within 48 hours.” In today’s market, what kind of online operator requires a 48-hour timespan to process a deposit or withdrawal? Even when the deposit or withdrawal go through, your account status continues to show a “Deposit/Withdrawal In Process” status for the action. It does not inspire confidence. Many of their lines do not have accurate team/price numbers in the header. It’s a shoddy app, and again, it’s depressing because I was so looking forward to bringing the Wynn home with me. I have two PayPal accounts and the app WILL NOT let me change from the PayPal account I originally used to deposit. Made several deposits/bets and even made a withdrawal(that went through fairly quickly). Soon after my account was blocked. Customer service just gives an automated response saying they are investigating, however weeks have gone by at it’s the same thing. This is a nightmare. I think they got the license... and hurried the rollout. My account was blocked without notice for no reason and apparently it’s quite common in Virginia. I have only made 2 bets on the account. It’s happening to a lot of customers (per customer service).. which is clearly a big technical problem in their system. Understandable... but there is NO communication with the affected customers. NONE. The poor customer service people have no information. I do have sympathy for them. They are very polite... but I should not have to reach out to them every day to get a status. WynnBET should be communicating with its affected customers everyday until this is fixed. Mgm and Fanduel will pay you out in 1 business day. I am going on day 5 and can’t even get an update from their third party customer service. Will not be using again. Updating in response to the developer response: Still going on day 11 with no end in sight and my withdrawal has been locked for over a week. The customer support team has no ability to resolve anything they always promise follow up from a manager or the payout team and it’s never followed through with. Being a huge sports junky I am into loads of sports and WynnBET is able to accommodate that. The app is very simple and easy to use. For first timers like I was a few months ago terms like Parlay may confuse a lot of people like it did me, however WynnBET have this covered and explain all these terms and what they mean. So today 10/10/2021 I made a 4leg bet (first half) for the Tampa buccaneers over 7.5 & panthers over 9.5 & Texas over 6.5 & Tennessee -3. Every last one of my games won but yet they said that I didn’t bet the panthers when it clearly shows on my screenshot that I picked them and they had over 10 in first half and they won’t pay me. It was $100 bet to win $1,100. If you win big, they will not pay you so you may want to think twice about playing here. I love this app and use it every time I’m in Virginia (I’m from Maryland) Beth, Jennifer, and david all deserve the biggest raises and extra funds on their own sports betting accounts. Will definitely be coming back! ### 5/5 — Best VA sportsbook for two reasons: *2021-05-21, version 1.0.0* 1. Same or next day withdrawals. I know this isn’t guaranteed so this may change in the future, but they have the fastest withdraw system of any sportsbook in Virginia by FAR. I have never had any withdrawal take more than two days. 2. The Odds Boost Wheel. The fact that losing bets get you coins that you can use to boost odds on future bets is ingenious and does a good job at making you feel like there is a sort of consolation prize even if you lose. I’ve made a good amount of money off this feature and its an extremely good idea. The UI is fine, but can feel outdated sometimes. They have live scoring which is nice, but I just wish the live bets were available faster. Waiting on the timer can force you to retry two or three times before your live bet goes through. But really, the only complaint I actually have is the lack of a biometric login. Due to VA law, the app logs you out after a short time of inactivity (which is fine!), but the fact that I have to manually type out my password every time to log in, rather than Face ID, is pretty frustrating.
