The location is at a very busy avenue, very noisy and it wasn’t mentioned at all. Just to begin the story… When we entered the unit, the odor was really bad; it smelled like humidity, like a used space that hadn’t even been cleaned . In the website, it said that the offered two rooms with two queen size beds when in reality one of the rooms had a full size bed not for two adults (the website me tunes that it could accommodate 4 adults). The spring box in the “master bedroom” was all dirty, the fabric all ripped, disgusting. The “balcony” was non existent; just a sliding door with a railing. The A\C unit all rusty. After reporting all these issues to the company, we expected a full refund but they only offered one night. Unacceptable. We left the property with all our laugagge, it was 9pm and at that hour we needed to find a place to stay. The attentive staff was able to help in the most professional manner but not timely. The pictures of what you rent is not what you get keep in mind it could be a multi leasing apartments that are similar but not the same. The facilities are beautiful and well located. Also, the restaurants recommendations in the app were awesome!!
