Der Roboter lässt sich zwar mit der App verbinden aber er macht was er will. Der Hammer war aber das der QR Code in der Bedienungsanleitung auf eine andere App führt. Mit der lässt sich der Roboter nicht koppeln. Der Kundendienst ist dermaßen schlecht nie wieder ein Gerät von wybotics.

Pas d’amélioration de l’appli , le robot ne mémorise pas les préférences( il faut donc les repréciser à chaque usage ) 
La faute d’orthographe de la première ligne d’accueil ne rassure pas sur la qualité de la conception 😏

Wir haben auch den POOLMAID PLUS. Der Roboter macht tolle Arbeit aber die APP ist echt grottig!!
Werte: Größe Pool, Form ind Reinigungs Modus stellen dich auch bei uns immer wieder auf Werkseinstellug nach Beendigung der App!  Jedes mal wieder alles erneut einstellen beim starten ist echt nervig und im Grunde überflüssig da man ja in der Regel nur eine Pool-Roboter und ein Pool hat.

Also gekauft wurde ein Poolsana Poolmaid Plus, aber wieso in einem YouTube Video die Rede von App“Steuerbar“ ist erschließt sich mir nicht. Ja man kann ein paar Eckdaten einstellen, aber das war’s dann auch. Details wären super, Akkustand, Fahrzeit bei eingestellten Parametern, Software Update…..irgendwas? Fehlanzeige! Ich gucke mir das noch ein paar Tage an, aber stand heute schicke ich das Teil zurück weil einfach auch die App schlecht umgesetzt ist!

Nutze den Poolmaid Plus von Pontaqua. An sich guter Poolsauger. Nur ist die App völlig unbrauchbar. Egal was man einstellt der Roboter macht was er will. Gebe ich nur Biden reinigen an fährt er trotzdem auch die Beckenwand ab. Auch stellen sich alle Parameter die man eingegeben hat bei erneuter Verbindung zum Roboter wieder auf Null. Werde ihn umtauschen und ein kabelgebundenen nehmen ohne Appsteuerung.

Il faut remettre les réglages : forme et taille de la piscine à chaque nettoyage. Aucun moyen de les mémoriser. Appel aux développeurs : mettez vous au boulot les gars ! On attend un produit fini.

Une appli vide de fonctionnalités, il faut systématiquement remettre tous les paramètres, dimensions de la piscine et autre… aucun indicateur de démarrage du robot, bref, il faut tout revoir. Que font les développeurs ????

Ça se connecte très mal au robot. Du coup je ne peux pas le programmer. Ça se connecte et se déconnecte quasi de suite. J ai essaye avec plusieurs téléphones et pareille.
