Sono un ragazzo che cerca di coltivare la sua passione e questa è la migliore applicazione di Scouting per video e analisi, ma è da 1 mese che provo a comprare l’abbonamento per avere tutti gli strumenti per fare le analisi ma non c’è nessun modo per poterlo fare.
Cosa è cambiato? Cosa devo fare?

A pretty good platform, wont find anything like it anywhere else, but some issues:

1. After the recent update, I cannot download full matches to watch offline and is disappointing because I like to analyze matches on the plane or wherever I am at especially when I don’t have wifi. 

2. Whenever watching clips of certain players and i press the pause button to see that exact frame of that video, whenever I try to press play again to continue watching, the screen freezes and the play button in the middle, and the next and previous buttons for the buttons that come out in the middle whenever touching the screen does not come up and i become stuck in Full screen mode which forces me to close the app, and reopen it only to re-search my player, and then find which video I was on which is very very difficult and annoying for someone on a gold membership.

3. I cannot see my own profile in the “me” section because it says “temporary server problem” which is extremely annoying. 

 I am considering unsubscribing to wyscout if these issues are not addressed and I will be disappointed to have to do that because wyscout is by far my favorite platform as a football players trying to make it to the next level.

Pagué la suscripción de 4,99€ y no me deja abrir ciertos Clips de jugadores porque me dice que no tengo acceso al contenido, a pesar de no haber alcanzado mi límite.
Espero que puedan solucionar estas incidencias.

Sonk un ragazzo normalissimo appassionato di calcio, amavo questa piattaforma perché da pc mi permetteva di leggere e studiare le statistiche di praticamente qualsiasi cosa avesse mai calcato un campo da calcio. Da sempre l’applicazione mobile non rispecchiava le prestazioni da pc, fin qui nessun problema. Qualche giorno fa però provo ad accedere dal pc e mi viene impedito senza particolari spiegazioni e senza che via mail mi fosse arrivata nessuna comunicazione di cambiamento di policy, allora entro dall’app e dall’app per guardare qualsiasi cosa mi chiede di fare abbonamento video, quando io non voglio assolutamente guardare nulla se non statistiche. Mi amareggia molto, capisco che sia una piattaforma di un valore importante e con la quale la gente ci può anche lavorare, ma a noi comuni mortali che non ci accontentiamo di sport mediaset non ci viene data nessuna possibilità di guardare dati, anche da concorrenti di vario genere. Come da titolo di recensione un tuffo al cuore.

I’m getting in touch because I downloaded the application, I made the payment to have access through my cell phone but I could access the application through my cell phone.

(Your Wyscout account is already being used on another device. Force login to access. All other open sessions will be closed).

I have already done this through the ‘Forced Login’ button and have never been able to access.

I wish I could solve this situation because I work with Tactical Analysis in a professional club here in the state where I live and I really need to access the platform through my cell phone.

Awful app and service.  I signed up for the ‘Silver’ package which clearly stated that data on the player would be available. Apart from Position, Nationality and DOB there isn’t actually any data on the player at all! Clicking on the ‘Reports’ tab brought me to a Subscription page asking me to upgrade to the next tier so I could view. Videos are of very poor quality and better can be found on sites such as YouTube. 

Stay clear of this app.

I have payed for a silver plan, it worked for the first month but then stopped working, I contacted costumer service and they said they can help with the computer plataform but they can’t help with the app, I have no way to unsuscribed and I am still paying because the app doesn’t give you the option of unsuscribe and costumer service can’t help you with that, I expect they can solved this problem soon

can’t log in using my existing credentials from my subscription. Keep getting the same “temporary server problem, try again later” message. No problems logging in from a desk stop. App support has been unresponsive. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and still same error.

Perché non sono più disponibili gli abbonamenti a ws mobile?
Potete ripristinarli?

Se lo avete fatto solo per far abbonare le persone al sito web da browser con prezzi ben più alti e fuori budget meritereste meno di una stella. Grazie mille.

L’App è utilissima per chi lavora nel mondo del calcio ma suggerirei di modificare l’interfaccia con una un po’ più intuitiva:
- per esempio avere la possibilità di inserire i campionati preferiti senza dover scorrere da iPhone la lista di tutte le nazioni; la stessa cosa per avere sotto controllo i giocatori preferiti;
- nella schermata principale del singolo giocatore, inserire dei dati più specifici oltre ad aggiungere la/le posizione/i in cui gioca (così come è fatto sul sito “Transfermarkt”). 
Mi permetto di segnalare questi consigli al fine di rendere l’App ancora più utile e funzionale. Comunque 5 stelle perché siete troppo avanti rispetto agli altri!
