Like it takes forever. I also don’t like that it doesn’t give you the number of cups of water or coffee you drink. The updated app only shows ounces which I guess is ultimately fine however it was so easy just to look and see the number of actual cups and say OK I have one more to drink today or two more to drink today instead of trying to do the math. ### 2/5 — Meh *2025-11-28, version 2.7* Weather is never correct ### 4/5 — Resetting watch *2025-04-06, version 2.7* Battery went out on my watch. I would really like to hear to share when I’m working out with my friends. All of my notifications are on and enabled on the app and my native phone settings as well. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to being able to see notifications from my watch. You are better off buying an apple watch instead for how much this watch costs. ### 3/5 — Struggling *2024-01-18, version 2.7* Had a really hard time connecting phone and app. Hard to use watch and app without instructions. Having a hard time linking more than one watch. Got them to synch but aren’t able to access all information. It’s a struggle lol ### 4/5 — Love it! Just one problem *2024-01-07* I got this watch in early October, and I love it! It’s just that I’m having trouble setting an alarm on this thing, and it is a tad inaccurate about the menstrual cycle days! But I’m only 14, so I can’t complain that much! Despite the things I said, I would recommend this watch! A 4-5 days ago randomly I got done with a workout and it said 0 steps when I use the sports mode! And even just the watch in general won’t record my steps at all. I’ve tried resetting the watch twice/turning it on and off. I talked to someone on customer support who had me send my receipt & said I can send the watch back in and get a new watch. At this point I don’t even want to hassle I just want a refund !!! When I un-installed and re-installed the app it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn’t let me enter my DOB properly. Tried dragging the month to my birth month and it would automatically go back to February for some reason, same for day/year. Tried turning watch off & back on. Can’t update firmware because it no longer connects or can be discovered by the app. **Developer response:** When setting your birthdate, make sure you set the year first, otherwise the day and month selectors will snap back to the current day.
