One day I had an unauthorized purchase in the game and disputed that single charge and got a new card assigned to me. Out of all the authorized purchases I made, I disputed a single charge that I didn’t authorize and received a ban from the company with the reason “Refund”. I honestly really loved this game and it is insanely disappointing that this company would ban my account for disputing one small charge even with how much money I was putting into the game. I wouldn’t recommend playing the game if you plan to spend any kind of money because if your information is leaked and misused, they ban you regardless.
