Error always need update and can’t contact to any body need to  fix this problem

Have had this 7.4kW charger and app for 6 months now. Works perfectly. Never had any trouble with it. Schedules for off peak charging etc all work OK. Considering the charger was less than £300 and the app is free, it’s a very good system. Just bought another for another property.
