Also the weekly bonus categories ex. Gas, grocery shopping, etc. are now all missing. I’ve emailed tech support via the app and haven’t received any response back. ### 3/5 — New update issues *2025-11-26, version 1.0.579* Current update, removed the boost feature and several other features from the app no longer available on screen possible glitch however tried resetting still features are now no longer available ### 1/5 — Neutered Card *2025-11-26, version 1.0.579* The “new” version that fixed “performance upgrades and security” fixes actually removes the boosts section. Unfortunately since Robinhood acquired the company they do the same shady stuff what Robinhood has been doing. Routinely holds payments for weeks at a time while saying “their engineers are looking into it”… all the while the money has been deducted from your bank. Avoid. Avoid AVOID!!!!!!!!! If not that it will hurt my credit id absolutely love to close this account; THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Second time I have traveled and had the card shut off. Since they don’t seem to operate 24 seven like other legitimate card companies, you cannot have the card turned back on until they get around to it. Nobody can schedule a payment over the phone or anything you can only make payments through this app. I explain it doesn’t work and these useful people on customer service tell me oh I’ll be reached out through email. You then have to contact Customer Service via email (there’s no number), where they pretty much give you a scripted answer that has nothing to do with the question at hand. A payment gets made, over a week later it’s still not credited, Customer Service then says it can take up to 4 business days (the payment was made nearly 4 weeks ago at this point). AVOID AT ALL COST! ### 1/5 — Downhill *2025-12-03, version 1.0.580* Was good whoever this card sucks now ever since they reduced rewards. ### 1/5 — Removed Boosts *2025-11-29, version 1.0.579* This new “update” removed Boosts from the app. No more 3 or 4x points for a restaurant check, gas stop, etc. Guess it is time to move on to something else 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Skip this CC. Changed their offering, poor customer service *2025-11-28, version 1.0.579* They recently substantially changed their rewards program for the worse, and it’s always been a pain to redeem rewards for their full value. And, their customer service has been pretty frustrating to work with over the years. Not a single time I asked for something that other credit card companies had given me did X1 help. The help option is to text them and they reply two business days later, which is not helpful for urgent requests, particularly when X1 blocks a purchase without explanation that you actually need to make. ### 1/5 — Time for a new card issuer *2025-11-26, version 1.0.579* Up until November of 2025, my account offers 2x points back and bonus categories each week for even more cash back. As of the current update, it’s only 1.5x back and the bonus categories are gone. The customer service is also outstanding. I’ve really never had an issue. I’ve had to contact support a few times for questions regarding promos or my account, and they have been helpful and decent. Having the text chat is super nice as it is fast. I have not had any issues with credit limits or billing after the sell to Robinhood either. I’m not the biggest fan of how they monetize the product now. For example, you have to pay monthly to have an auth user with access to the app and credit reporting… otherwise they only get a card This isn’t really BAD, as it is on par with the norm, but it feels bad since you expect those things. I hope that robinhood continues in the same direction after taking over the product.
