Don’t know how long this has gone unnoticed but I feel I may loose a couple of the more delicate plants now they are to far gone. This must be addressed… ### 2/5 — App problems *2021-02-08, version 1.8.1* I’ve had my kamoer x1 for several years the app has an issue kamoer don’t have a solution. They sent out a new pump and it didn’t correct the connectivity problems the app will open ok but won’t load to allow changes to be be made to the dosing plan. Otherwise the pump has operated perfectly it continues to dose and I have not had problems with the pump ### 2/5 — X1 dosing pump *2021-01-03, version 1.8.1* The whole point of the pump is to get reliable consistent dosing. These guys need to sort out the app, it’s glitchy and unreliable. My problem is their app to control it. Probably one of the most unreliable I’ve ever used. You better write down all your presets because I can almost guarantee you, you will go to make an adjustment and it will get caught in an endless loop of (loading the app). At this point your only option is to delete and reinstall and start all over again. Super irritating. I will be replacing these as soon as I can afford the more reliable brands out there. Like I said the pumps work great. It’s a shame they don’t care enough to figure out their app issues. And yes I do update and run the latest version. ### 1/5 — Software issue *2022-04-07, version 1.9.1* Pump does not follow the plan. It should only dose 1 time a day, but instead it doses every hour. App works awesome when up to date! ### 5/5 — Funktioniert gut mit der D-D P1 *2022-06-01, version 1.9.1* Hatte mir die P1 besorgt und dann erstmal einen Schock gehabt, als ich die Bewertungen hier gesehen hatte und fing an mich zu ärgern. Ich gebe 5 Sterne, weil * die Kopplung rein mit Bluetooth funktioniert. Es wird hier nicht wie bei anderen Apps das WLAN Passwort abgefragt und auf den Chin. Servern abgelegt, also schon mal keine Datenkrake - geht doch! * Zunächst negativ empfunden, keine Anleitung bei der Pumpe nur der Link zur App. OK Apple macht das mit der eigenen Hardware auch so. Also sollte alles selbst erklärend sein. * Kalibrierung war gut, Abweichung bei mir im Bereich von 0,2 bis 0,5 ml. das ist für mich OK, verwende sie für KH. * die App UI wirkt aufgeräumt und ist im Handling durchaus gelungen. Da hat sich jemand echt Mühe gemacht. * bei der Planerstellung viel Comfort, etwas Hilfestellung hätte ich gebraucht, dass man die aktuelle Füllmenge auch angeben sollte, sonst läuft die Pumpe nicht, aber auf die Idee bin ich dann noch selbst gekommen. ### 5/5 — Works like a dream *2020-06-14, version 1.8.1* A cracking bit of marine kit that’s 100% reliable. I’ve been running my pump for 12 months without incident the only problem I’ve had was a software that showed two devices, a P1 & and an X1 both with same config. One older one and a newer one. The new one (x)has iOS 14. The app partially works but all I get is the circle of death and the rotating loading sign when I try and go to set a plan and times. I have to quit the app and start again to the same error. The older iPhone (7) works great, it’s my work phone and don’t always have it.
