## What is X2?

X2 is an enterprise workforce management app for construction and field-service companies. It replaces manual attendance sheets with GPS-verified digital punch-in/out, automated timesheets, and real-time site presence monitoring.

Clock In & Out
Punch in and out with a single tap. Every punch is verified with GPS location and facial recognition to ensure the right person is at the right site. Works offline — punches sync automatically when connectivity returns.

Geofence Verification
Automatic work-site boundary detection alerts you when you leave without clocking out, preventing forgotten punches and payroll discrepancies. Background monitoring ensures accurate attendance even when the app is closed.

Smart Timesheets
View your daily and weekly work hours, overtime, and attendance history. Timesheets are automatically calculated with configurable cut-off periods and submitted for supervisor approval.

Performance Insights
Track your on-time rate, hours captured, punctuality trends, and extra effort recognition. Visual dashboards help you understand your attendance patterns over 7, 30, or 90 days.

Leave & Overtime Requests
Submit leave requests and overtime applications directly from the app. Track approval status with real-time push notifications to both supervisors and managers.

Incident & Field Reporting
Report field incidents with photos, GPS location, and detailed descriptions. Multi-channel reporting with SOS emergency alerts, status tracking, and team coordination.

Team Management (Supervisors)
View team attendance in real-time, approve or reject punches with revision workflows, manage leave and overtime requests, monitor site presence, and review security flags — all from your phone.
