Удается быстро оплатить за домашний телефон, сотовый, интернет, электричество, махсустранс, однако невозможно оплатить за отопление и горячую воду и др. Почему нельзя указывая личный счет просто перевести определенную сумму? Ненужные уточнения не к чему! Личный счёт, адрес , сумма и всё. Если есть желание заполнять ещё какие -то подробность - это ведь можно и уже дополнительно. Кроме того почему пенсионерам нельзя начислить на счет пенсию 1 числа месяца?! Ведь мы ждём деньги на еду, лекарства, на те же оплаты, за которые надо платить 1 числа?!!! Кроме того у меня были случаи оплаты за  домашний телефон: 7 тыс, но сумма не дошла.  Почему?
