Unfortunately I have had to seek an alternative as the fees have become outrageously expensive. ### 3/5 — Signing into App *2025-12-05, version 4.6.1* I never received the 6 digit 8 row numbers for the Ledger I created! Users should be able to create their own and or be able to sign into the app via Wallet address and password! Idk if Xaman has a plan on doing volume like solana it might be something to work on soon fyi! ### 1/5 — App Not Working Despite Latest Version *2025-07-11, version 4.1.4* I’ve been using Xaman (formerly XUMM) to manage my XRP securely, but this recent outage is completely unacceptable. I’m using the latest version, and after entering my passcode, I get a 502 Bad Gateway / Host Error from Cloudflare. This has been going on for hours with no clear communication from the team. When you’re managing people’s money, you can’t afford this kind of downtime or lack of transparency. I depend on this app to access my funds — the least Xaman should do is provide real-time updates and a public explanation. We’re trusting you with access to financial assets — you must do better. ### 1/5 — Really frustrated! *2025-07-11, version 4.1.4* For the first time in maybe 5 years or so, I go to withdraw using tablet… have issues. Error is stating it’s unable to fetch currency. There’s nothing wrong with my internet. Then when I scam QR code for XRP wallet on Uphold. It’s saying incorrect name . I checked to make sure app is updated. Closed the app many times and restarted. No luck. Very frustrating. So I download on my phone and try it there… same issue. Frustrating!!! I tried XRP and Solo. Neither are working. ### 5/5 — Crypto *2025-06-06, version 4.1.0* This is the most adequate Crypto wallet for XRP you can find for security ### 1/5 — Trash Extortion Wallet *2025-05-26, version 4.0.5* they launched their own token to dump, they have a subscription model for pro memberships and XRP is closer to ATH than it has been the past 5+ years and NOW they decide to charge super high fees on a network that’s supposed to have low fees practically making it unusable nobody should be supporting them as they extort the entire community XAMAN is DEAD until they have a respectable fee model such as $1-$10/mo which should be the MAX!!! ### 1/5 — Got all my XRP stolen *2025-05-16, version 4.0.5* Got all my xrp stolen, I do not recommend leaving your XRP in this wallet, there is little to no support for crytpo scams are events where crypto is stolen. I was prompted that the wallet was full. I got charged several fees. When there was available space for my deposit to go through, I had to do the whole process again and get charged more fees.. when I reached out to customer service they kept telling me that I was doing the process wrong and I never finished it even though I was showing them that it was finished and I was charged fees.. never got my fees back. STAY AWAY !!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Expect High Fees *2026-03-04, version 5.2.1* You’ll lose a lot of XRP using the Xaman app to excessive fees that begin at +75,000% more fees than the XRP ledger itself has. That fee, will eat away your XRP really fast and it’s called “ryouhappy”. No. I am not. 1 star review because their staff will block you if you complain about their usury fees. ### 1/5 — Outrageous fees *2026-02-17, version 5.1.2* Avoid. No longer an option. Huge fees imposed on transferring or swapping. I was completely gob smacked that they now charge a fee to send assets off wallet! Even though the policy had changed after I deposited funds. I was still charged a fee to “keep the lights on” to me that’s scammer moves right there. I would advise NOT TO PUT ASSETS ON TO THIS WALLET. If they can hold your assets unless you pay a fee (subject to change / increase) at anytime. You’ve been warned! ### 1/5 — Transferring to a new phone *2025-11-02, version 4.4.0* the app is giving us so much problem to transfer to a new phone. It says about a mnemonic secret , when I established my xumm account i don’t remember having a mnemonic secret and now they are giving us so much problem to be able to transfer my account ### 1/5 — They’ve illlegally stolen +355Million worth of XRP from my wallet BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨 *2025-10-22, version 4.4.0* They’re illlegally stealing XRPs from my wallet even when I black holed it via XrpScan BEWARE also using XMagnetic.org to buy Xrpl memes through the wallet coz they allowed them to imitate illegal transactions to steal my funds - Do NOT TRUST Them with your Xrp ### 1/5 — This app makes you enter your seed phrase *2025-09-27, version 4.2.2* When confirming your account creation, it USED to provide arrow keys to choose each letter to confirm your seed phrase. Apparently they’ve caved to the weak minded people are too lazy for this and the developers now think it’s a good idea to confirm your account by entering your seed phrase verbatim into your phone, which I will never do. Because if this I’m not even 100% sure this isn’t a scam version of the app. I’m definitely staying away. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-09-20, version 4.2.2* I am absolutely disappointed with Xaman formerly Xumm. I have an older iPhone and the Xumm App no longer works with it. I tried to install Xaman on my laptop, it did not worked, so I installed the app in my husband newer iPhone. Then when I check my account, someone sent my money to an account I do recognized. I think someone hacked my account and took my money. ### 1/5 — WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE! Simple, safe, responds super fast. Great dev team behind it with full support if needed. Backup recovery key lets me transfer to any device, and I use their Tandem cards as and extra layer of security.
