If you have multiple children you need to book days for each child individually. Since my daughter’s after-school care switched to this app earlier this year, I have never been able to log in successfully. I encountered difficulties during the registration process, and the support team responded very, very late. Even after confirming that my daughter’s information was successfully registered, every time I click on the app icon, it does not respond at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. As of now, I have never been able to book after-school care for my daughter even once. The website version is just as bad if not worse, their videos on “how to” are basic, and also useless because tabs they reference don’t even exist for me to click on. But I’m not getting any notifications now. Everything is turned on and still not getting anything. This has happened before and it somehow fixed the problem before. Now it’s happening again. There is a section to select your “child’s favourite interests and activities”… I think the Xap team may need to revisit the options as it’s clearly a default list from somewhere.
