Every time I try to pay, Mastercard throws up a verification screen, but there’s literally nowhere in the Xapo app to approve it—so the payment just fails. Super frustrating. And don’t even get me started on their live chat… it’s so buggy it might as well not exist. Total mess. ### 1/5 — Stay away from this bank *2024-04-29* They randomly block incoming transfers for manual review "routinely for security". But even stranger is that they keep them blocked for days without explanation. They also deleted some chats with the support team that they considered could compromise them, and finally today they close the account without prior communication. I would wish any of this to happen to anyone else do not download this app refund my money ### 1/5 — Very poor bank *2024-03-13* I live in the uk It’s been one week now I tried to withdraw money from my PayPal to my xapo uk bank details and till now nothing has entered my account Again i received another transfer of money from a uk bank to my xapo bank and till then still nothin entered the account And also, I tried sending money from my own bank to the xapo bank and still didn’t receive anything . I don’t know if I can advise someone to use this bank. And when I message support they keep one telling me the same thing as « the transfer is on review » for almost a week. Habe mich jetzt verifiziert, was problemlos geklappt hat und bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr guter Support, der sehr schnell reagiert und auch wirklich hilft. Was leider in Deutschland nicht geht, ist die Karte, die ich eigentlich gerne wieder hätte. Auch reagiert die App gerade etwas träge auf Eingaben. El 4 de junio de 2024, envié mis datos para que se reembolsaran mis fondos debido al cierre de mi cuenta. Me prometieron que el retiro se completaría en 9 días hábiles, pero hasta la fecha no he recibido ni un solo centavo y, peor aún, no tengo acceso a mi cuenta. La falta de transparencia y la absoluta indiferencia hacia los problemas de sus clientes es inaceptable. He intentado contactar al servicio de atención al cliente en múltiples ocasiones, pero solo recibo respuestas vagas y sin ningún compromiso real de resolver mi situación. Es una vergüenza que una entidad financiera trate a sus clientes de esta manera. Según las leyes de la Comisión de Servicios Financieros de Gibraltar, Xapo Bank debería actuar de manera justa y diligente, pero han fallado miserablemente en cumplir con estos principios. Si no reciben mi dinero, me veré obligado a tomar medidas legales contra ellos. No confíen en Xapo Bank. Su servicio es pésimo y su gestión de fondos es extremadamente negligente.
