## What is XB?

The XB WellthLab Study app gives you a Lab in your Pocket to explore healthful concepts - backed by science - for you to run as personal experiments.
 
If you would like to be smarter, faster, kinder, sexier, less stressed, more relaxed - without trying to be any of these things - then XB is a great place to start.
 
Not a program; not a diet - just short personal experiments to explore essential practices - move, eat, sleep - better - to feel better, forever. Really.
 
The XB WellthLab study app helps you build new and lasting health knowledge skills and practice, and help us running this study to learn how to make these tools even better - to help you feel better - forever.
