I was looking for and testing out various apps for tracking the times for my cross country team. Stumbled upon this one, and it has been an absolute game changer for us.

I use this app for gathering data during cross country races, and it does exactly what you would want it to do. I start the timer when the race starts and then every video I take at various points on the course has a timer running on it.  Video at the halfway mark can be used to determine splits. No more stopwatches. We even use it as a backup photo-finish timer in case our main system misses something.
