On a hunch, I tapped “Create Account” and used the exact same credentials and info as my website account. Sure enough, it logged me in and all my tickets were there. My guess is that login will work normally going forward now. It really wouldn’t take much for the developer to provide these instructions to users and while the app is pretty good once logged in, there are definitely things that could be better. So just giving it 3 stars for now. It does look like they’re moving in the right direction though. **Developer response:** Dear user. We appreciate the time you took to leave us your message. The website login works fine. After you login as a guest, there’s no way to get the login screen again until you reinstall the app. ### 2/5 — No bus, riverboat schedules (or statuses) and hotel maps are horrible *2026-02-08, version 8.0.1* Why isn’t there info clarifying the you can’t get a bus from the hotel to the zip line park until 10:40am, even though it opens at 9. Also it is very difficult to find certain hotels- terrible signage and this app doesn’t help. And the app was very helpful ful like there are maps and I had my pictures from the park on it! Its not clarified on the ticket . Its a whole day pass so ur bound to spend on 2 meals if u didnt have u bfast in the morning as they pick u at 7 and come back by 11 pm plus all the drinks ull have there the whole day as its hot. Desafortunadamente, esta visita resultó ser la peor experiencia hasta la fecha ya que no volvere por todo lo Que paso… En una palapa nos quitaron enfrente del restaurante Michoacán por no consumir pero mi madre ya se sentia mal por el calor y Porque es mayor de edad por eso queria Que descansara pero un mesero de playa nos Quito En el restaurante California, fui testigo de una situacion desagradable entre una empleada y un cliente. La empleada se mostró visiblemente molesta y grosera al responder a la pregunta del cliente, lo cual fue bastante triste ver Esto. Además, la oferta gastronómica del restaurante carece de variedad, especialmente en lo que respecta a los mariscos.🦞🐟🐠 Mi experiencia en el restaurante Jalisco fue igualmente decepcionante. La mesera que nos atendió fue poco amable y nos asignó una mesa en la última fila, cerca de los baños, a pesar de que había mesas disponibles frente a nosotros. Este trato diferenciado sugiere un posible sesgo racial, lo cual es inaceptable. Como recomendación, les sugiero considerar la implementación de un tren o coches para personas mayores de edad. Durante mi visita, acompañaba a mi madre, quien es mayor, y a mi hija, quien se encontraba dormida en mis brazos. La larga caminata hasta la entrada fue agotadora, y sería beneficioso para sus visitantes proporcionar carritos, como se hace en el hotel Xcaret. Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios y hagan las mejoras necesarias para mejorar la experiencia de sus visitantes. Pero en general todo increíble es una experiencia que no se te olvida nunca .
