En parlant de pas compréhensible il y a au milieu en bas de l'appli un bouton hexagonal où il est écrit alternativement "L14" ou "M15". I emailed Xceed and instantly received a very helpful response from Miguel. He helped me resolve this issue, from which I bought the correct event & with this proof of purchase, Miguel then processed my refund straight away which came into my account the next day! Now I don’t have to print off my ticket for our event at pacha in Ibiza - they are all stored in the app. Highly recommend. ### 5/5 — Bookings *2023-06-06* I could not see my booking on the app in my account. And the service reps are very responsive and ultimately resolve the issue explaining that I had not fully validated my account they took care of it for me and now my bookings appear. I really appreciate their quick response and their professionalism in going all the way to make sure everything works for me. Super consigliata ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Expérience décevante *2026-06-11* J’ai acheté deux billets pour un événement mais, plusieurs mois avant la date, j’ai demandé un remboursement, un échange ou même un simple avoir afin de réserver un autre événement proposé par le même organisateur. Je ne demandais donc pas d’annuler mon achat sans contrepartie, seulement de transférer sa valeur vers une autre prestation. La réponse a été un refus total, sans la moindre solution commerciale. Peu importe que la demande soit faite à l’avance ou que l’argent reste chez eux via une nouvelle réservation : aucune flexibilité, aucune considération pour le client. Le plus regrettable est que ce type de politique laisse souvent les acheteurs sans autre option que la revente entre particuliers lorsqu’un imprévu survient ou qu’ils souhaitent modifier leur programme. Là où un échange ou un avoir pourrait satisfaire tout le monde, on pousse finalement les clients à chercher des solutions ailleurs. Les conditions de vente sont peut-être respectées à la lettre, mais le sens du service client est totalement absent. Une expérience qui donne surtout l’impression qu’une fois le paiement encaissé, la relation avec le client n’a plus beaucoup d’importance. All I had to do was repurchase the correct tickets to then be able to get a full refund on the incorrect ones.
