Get a better engineering team and/or stop making changes to the app all the time. Those changes in some way I pay for. ### 1/5 — Logs You Out Every Day *2026-05-31, version 1.8.3* This app used to work perfectly, but after the most recent update, it is very difficult to use. I want to stay logged into the app and use Face ID to log into my account. Now I have to type in my password each time I open the app and it won’t stay logged in. Please fix this bug. Even a couple hours after I log in, it can’t remember my login information. ### 1/5 — useless and unprofessional *2026-05-31, version 1.8.3* I installed this app because I can’t log into my account to change my payment account. However, the app just shows a white window after login. There’s a support page dedicated to this issue which recommends that users switch to the app instead of any Desktop browsers. Xcel Energy’s Salesforce insurance is not properly configured: “We can't log you in because of the following error. Remote_Error: The remote service returned an error” Honestly, at this point I’d call the app useless and the service unprofessional. Won’t work through the app, hasn’t worked to login via online in months. I had it set up to remember me and use face recognition on my iPhone and it still signs me out and doesn't save anything. If someone wants to steal my info and pay my bill let them. Now I can’t switch back at all. The only options are to sign out or close the dialogue. Every time I try to open it it’s the never-ending wheel of death. I have to close the app and reopen it about five times and it takes me about 20 minutes to get into my account. At least. I always check if there’s updates and there are never any in this all is happening when I’m on Wi-Fi and able to use all my other apps just fine.
