We have been using this software for about 2 years. This software falls short every time it matters most. The app has bugs constantly, and it is very glitchy! We have not have multiple issue free payrolls ever! The time punches have issues all the time. Stay far away from this software! Just use a PM software/system.

Is it possible for you people to make a patch or an update without causing another bug or glitch? I have to force close something when I open description tab, I can’t edit info, now I can’t send two forms together they have to be separate. I have people signing documents that won’t go through. It’s literally always something and once it’s fixed weeks or months after it’s addressed a new problem comes up on the update. Cycle that never ends. Do better

As of the update on 3/23/25 you can no longer look at youre time card at all as the time card button is gone. 
Or clock in to a job. As you have to “clock in” before clocking into a job. And there is no longer a clock in button either.

Unable to delete files that are missed labeled. Sometimes when you pick a job not responsive and change the name of the job on the search engine. Should be able to look up by city to.As an example these are all the jobs I have in the Bronx these are all the jobs I have in my head and these are all the jobs I have in Brooklyn.

We really like using the Encircle integration with Xcelerate. It all works like one system. Would be nice to have more billing functionality. Great people to work with at the company too.

We have been using this systems pretty heavy for our company.. And all I can say is this has definitely been the most flexible restoration system out! The Staff behind the scenes are great. They are willing to help correct any issues or problems and help make things better for everyone involved. 5 stars for potential and how smooth everything works seamlessly.

This app is a game changer in the Restoration industry.   It is easy to onboard new techs.  It works well with other apps like Encircle or Company Cam.   The schedule feature makes it easy for techs to know their schedule each day.    Xcelerate helps us run and manage hundreds of jobs a month.
