i was able to create my account entered everything including my last 4digit of my ssn but when i’m going to verify my account still couldn't go through. Now i want to deactivate my account!

Entering birthday is done blindly. I can’t see the month/date/year at all. Entering phone number, the text is invisible. 

Adding debit card, it kept saying date format is wrong. I gave up and went back to the desktop version.
