Been trying to add items to cart it just loading forever trying to add, it never adds but loading spinner remains on every screen until app is closed and restarted. Your website only lists 3 PCs 💻, while the physical store has a wide range—from budget-friendly to high-end options. Most customers check the website first before visiting or ordering 🛒. If they don’t see a PC that matches their budget or type, they’ll assume it’s unavailable and may never come to the store 🚫. Even more concerning, bad reviews are completely ignored, while only high-star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ever get a response. The few responses to negative reviews are years old, and now there’s nothing recent addressing customer complaints ❓. This gives the impression that only positive feedback matters, which seriously damages trust. I strongly urge you to update your website to show all products and to respond to all customer reviews, including negative ones 🙏. I’m not talking about the prices, since this is not my issue. The only issue is the blue xcite support button that is located in the lower right side of the screen. This is where I usually touch the screen to slide down. Sure I can move that annoying button away but it will come back to that location again and again.
