## What is XCleanner?

XCleanner Mobile helps you clean and organize your iPhone in a simple, safe way. It finds duplicate photos, repeated contacts, duplicate calendar events, and mail clutter so you can free up space and keep everything organized.

What you can do:

- AI Photos (local): Find duplicates and very similar shots.
- Contacts: Merge repeated entries and keep the best details.
- Calendar: Detect duplicate events and remove extras.
- Mail (The Mail module gives you full inbox control: connect Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP, analyze messages on-device, group by sender and category (promotions, spam, important), and clean in safe batches with unread, year, and sender filters. Cleanup moves emails to Trash instead of permanent delete, and you can undo the last action for extra safety.
- Smart Clean: Analyze, run safe cleanup actions, and undo your last cleanup.
- Local mode: Your data is processed on device.

### 1.5 — 2026-04-12

This update makes XCleanner faster, clearer, and easier to use. We refined the Photos, Videos, and Documents flows so scanning, reviewing, and cleaning feel simpler and more consistent. We also reduced visual overload in key screens, improved progress feedback during scans, and optimized repeated analysis for a smoother experience.

The main updates are:
	•	A clearer and more consistent flow in Photos, Videos, and Documents.
	•	Improved performance for repeated analyses and better reuse of previously calculated results.

	•	Better language support based on the system, plus improved text cleanup/localization.
	•	The local-first approach is maintained: preview before deletion, user-initiated actions, and an undo option.
	•	Additionally, the code now includes visible support for reviewing and converting Live Photos within the same Photos workflow.

### 1.3 — 2026-02-17

1.	More robust email deletion (iOS).
If you select senders from another scanned account, it now automatically switches to the correct profile and allows deletion.
2.	Outlook: deletion without requiring login every time.
Interactive login was removed from the deletion flow.
It reuses the in-memory token, refreshes silently using the refresh token, and only fails if there is no longer a valid session.
3.	Gmail: scope control for deletion.
4.	Improved contrast/UI on mobile.
Lighter global tint for blue control text.
