Still takes some effort to switch from AWD -> RWD or vice versa. Unlocked one extra option which is “sport RWD” -Previous- Flashed my car to rwd finally after 2 weeks of support and many many error messages. Once done I could not switch back to xdrive. Finally got it back to xdrive and now I cannot switch to rwd.. I only have two options to choose from.. xdrive off and xdrive on.. do not get a sport or snow option at all. I have a 2018 bmw x5m. They stated you can switch your xdrive car to a rwd car in a matter of seconds.. though this has not been the case for me at all. ### 5/5 — 328d *2024-07-23, version 3.1.3* Great app did everything I needed and more. If I try and connect new car it freezes again. Deleted app, signed out and reinstalled same result ### 1/5 — no support, account deleted after refund request *2025-05-31, version 3.5.2* I purchased the XDelete app to convert my BMW from AWD to RWD. While the app technically works, it caused serious drivetrain malfunction issues on my car due to an incompatibility with the tune — something they never mentioned anywhere in the product description. Their website claims it supports all F-series cars, with no warning that it could cause issues if the car is tuned. When I contacted support, they refused a refund, saying the product “works as intended.” Then, to make things worse, they deleted my account entirely, cutting off access to something I paid for. So now I’m left with no refund, no working product, and no account. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. They took my money, gave me something incompatible, and then revoked access. Be very careful — if your car is even slightly modified, they offer zero protection or responsibility. The only way it’s to just pull some fuses or relays and this might work. This app is very disappointing. Oh also purchased the license and I hope they will refund my money. ### 1/5 — Worst customer support ever *2020-06-18* I had downloaded xdelete and subscribed to their $150 subscription... 3 months later I attempt to sign back into my account, and it was completely gone, subscription and all. I proceed to send numerous emails to them asking for anything, and 4 emails later there has been no response nor my account reactivated. Ridiculous. Rwd mode absolutely works, full rwd other than the natural fluid loss on the front diff but you don’t notice that. Car will slide a bit now but also doesn’t understeer like it does when stock awd.
