Essere passato da MyAgenda di Orisdent, che aveva una responsiveness immediata, alla app di XDENT che ci mette 5-8 secondi per aprire una pagina dopo il click era un’esperienza traumatica che mi ha fatto ripiangere il fatto di aver cambiato il gestionale. Gestire gli appuntamenti dal remoto con MyAgenda era semplice ed immediato. La app di XDENT per la stessa procedura richiede 10 volte più tempo. Stare al telefono con i pazienti mentre si attendono periodi lunghissimi di apertura delle pagine è imbarazzante e non professionale.
