Worst company I have ever tried to get a parcel delivered from no attempt to help or fix things on there and and the app is completely useless if your on mobile waste of time and money

If anyone has tried to leave delivery instructions on this App they will know that it doesn’t work.   When I tried to advise them that they attempted to deliver my item to an incorrect address they just stonewalled me.  So don’t waste your time on this app.

When attempting to add delivery instructions it crashed. When attempting to change the delivery date it says Delivery date is not valid. Why force is to sign up if we can’t make any changes and amendments?

The app is unreliable and the courier company does not review the information you add within the App, even though the activity you do in the app is registered and logged. The app does not allow notifications as this is disabled and you cannot change in your app or phone settings. The webchat does not work through the app and you have to go to an internet web page but the webchat does not connect to an agent and always advises they are experiencing high volumes.

Do not recommend downloading the app or setting up an account to use the app as the app provides no benefit but take up space on your phone.
